Labor Day Spent the Right Way

Fun Day with the Family, We drove out to the the start of the Homestead Trail, after some wrestling with the bike rack and trying to get all of us out the Door. We had a Will's Friend Lee along too. Biggest hurdle was the Car battery is dead after we got everyone loaded, jumped the car and crossed our fingers it would start when we got back from our bike ride. Got everyone on the Trail and told the Boys 5 miles out and back. Little counseling was required of the younger Purtzer, since the wind was in our face on the way out. Gave out a Cookie about the Halfway mark. Perfect day, 70 and Sunny. Everyone went faster, once we got turned around; not sure if it was the wind or the positive attitude. We had fun, and couldn't have asked for a nicer day
