Steve texted me the magic words "Bike Ride 8am". "Sure". Easiest Descision I made all day. Weird feeling riding when you are not quite awake, like the scenery is coming at you too fast. Steve kindly made me a quick espresso and my focus was much improved. We headed out the Mopac South turned on Warlick Boulevard to Highway 77 but went straight on West Denton road turned left on NW12th Street and did a nice loop back to Saltillo Road and 77 intersection. Saw a couple people walking and thought it was a lady leading a horse, but it was just a guy with a coffee cup, (back to the optometrist/psychiatrist!). Once we hit the intersection we headed out to the Roca Road Bridge, stopped for a snack and headed back home with about 25 miles on the Odometer. Perfect almost Fall day, Temps in the 60's . Nice to fit in my JDRF jersey from 04'.
