Back on The Bike Finally

Mr. B and I went on a nice ride Saturday. Perfect 70's temps, sunny. Rode on Bike path South to 77 spur off of 14th street, rode a loop towards Denton, then back to 77 and out to Crete exit. Then back to 77 spur up to Van Dorn and home. 23 miles round trip, and I had dead legs the rest of the afternoon. Too many days off the Bike. Bad JK!
